Job Opening

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

  1. To handle full set of account and generate relevant reports.
  2. To control and manages end to end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  3. To provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the FM/FC.
  4. To ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  5. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, legal, banker and etc.
  6. Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Resolve any disputed accounts, unapplied receipts, deductions processing and hanging balances efficiently.
  9. Ensure timely generation of statement of accounts, actual collections performance report, aging reports and on time distribution of reports.
  10. To compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit/debit memos as necessary.
  11. Processing payments, reconciliation of statements and payable.
  12. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by other departments requirements.
  13. Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, banking or related field.
  2. Additional education or experience may be preferred.
  3. At least 2 years of working experience in Finance/Account.
  4. Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong in time management skills.
  7. Computer skills, especially in MS Office and CRM software.

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

  1. Handle full set of accounts.
  2. Responsible for month-end closing, consolidation, and financial reporting.
  3. Liaise with auditor, tax agent and other for statutory reports and filings.
  4. Preparation of tax computation and tax estimation CP204.
  5. Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control.
  6. Preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budget.
  7. Cash flow management and planning along with tax planning.
  8. Liaise with subsidiaries to ensure financial reports, reporting packages and related are submitted on time.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, half-yearly and yearly end close processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations.
  11. To draft Audited Financial Statement.
  12. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
  1. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial position. 
  3. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or MIA membership is an added advantage.
  4. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other accounting system is an added advantage.
  5. A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations, and requirements.

SPRAYER

  1. Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting.
  2. Ensure facility and spray-painting equipment are in good working condition.
  3. To spray on service package that requested by customers.
  4. To ensure the spraying service provided are in best quality.
  5. To carry out product demo or product sample activity.
  6. Support the team for any program or event if necessary.
  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / SKM in any field.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Possess basic spraying knowledge and skills.
  5. Willing to learn on-the-job mentality.
  6. Preferrable male candidates.

LEGAL CUM RELATION EXECUTIVE

  1. Provide legal support and advice to the management as well as different departments on legal matters and issues arising from the operational business including but not limited to compliance matters.
  2. To draft, review and advise on all types of contracts, agreements and legal documents, provide legal advice for the business activities, and resolve legal issues or disputes.
  3. Work with Human Resources to review and update the following company policies or employee agreements. Draft or review Employee Handbook (ensure compliance with labour law) from time to time.
  4. Monitor, coordinate, and handle litigation matters which include taking instructions from management, liaise, correspond, and prepare written instructions to external lawyers and advisors, update litigation records and status report and check legal bills to payment.
  5. Work with Internal Audit to test key parts of the audit compliance program. Review and monitor compliance programme in all the business operation and audit.
  6. To manage the Company’s legal risk matters to ensure required interests are protected, minimize risk exposure, manage financial and other liabilities adequately to the Company’s interests.
  7. To update and maintain organization’s corporate profile and corporate governance on digital content in Facebook, LinkedIn, and company’s website.
  8. To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by immediate superior or management.
  1. Minimum 2 years of in-house or legal firm experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of Commercial laws & practice.
  3. Experience in corporate and litigation matter.
  4. Experience in drafting, vetting, review and negotiating contract.
  5. Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
